We are proud to announce that the LILO-CANVAS LA DEFENSE project, part of the Paris La Défense national interest initiative, has been selected as a finalist in the Mixed-Use Building category at the SIMI Grand Prix Habitat & Housing 2024, sponsored by La Française REM.

Located in Puteaux, this innovative project for student and young professional housing aims to create a modern, comfortable, and sustainable living space that fosters diversity and cohesion within a rapidly evolving urban environment.

This project, spanning approximately 18,700 m², includes 1,500 m² of green spaces and offers 644 housing units along with over 2,000 m² of thoughtfully designed communal areas to encourage social interaction and a vibrant community life.

With a strong focus on current environmental challenges, the residence embraces sustainable practices and energy-efficient equipment. These initiatives reflect our commitment to a more eco-friendly living environment and aim to achieve high environmental certifications, such as NF HQE Très Performant, the E+C- label (E3C1 level), and the BBCA label. These certifications underscore the residence’s outstanding performance in energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction, ensuring a healthier and more sustainable habitat for its residents.
