For this new edition of EnerJ-meeting, our agency was selected to present a project in line with our editorial focus for 2024, which is centered on sobriety, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. We highlighted the "Bayard" project, located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Axel Schoenert Architects restructured the former headquarters of the radio station RTL on behalf of Nexity and LaSalle Investment Management.
