Our approach focused on integrating a new building that combines refinement, modernity, and environmental performance. The intelligence of this project lies in the pursuit of a subtle balance between the elegance of the past, the efficiency of modernity, interior comfort, and a connection with nature. We have made it a point to make this building a noble and responsible residential property in line with the new codes of luxury interior design.
The building has been designed to comply with future climate regulations and to be virtuous in terms of construction materials and energy efficiency. We are proud to present 133 Faubourg Saint-Honoré, a testament to the famous Parisian art of living, as an exceptional living environment that meets the expectations of future occupants.
