14 Haussmann

At the intersection of Boulevard Haussmann, Rue Laffitte, and Rue Pillet-Will, 14 Haussmann unfolds in an inherently cosmopolitan environment. This former headquarters of Le Figaro is about to undergo a renaissance where the awakening of the senses has been placed at the heart of the architectural project.

The reinvented 14 Haussmann will blend the rigor and elegance of its exterior appearance with the vibrant personality of an interior with completely reconfigured volumes, embracing its heritage while affirming its contemporary nobility. A new version that is fair, responsible, and a new experience in the heart of Paris.

What will lie behind this neo-Haussmannian architecture, whose heritage has been preserved over the centuries? The answer is unveiled by Axel Schoenert Architectes through a high-end design that gently stimulates the imagination, inviting one to disconnect to better reconnect, awakening curiosity. A spectacular demonstration of textures that invite touch, plays of light and transparency that stimulate the eye, fragments of the past to discover, artworks that reignite the imagination, and a chic and timeless neoclassical style. A signature that asserts its authenticity through the excellence of materials, the balance of volumes, and the perfection of every detail.

To meet the requirements of environmental and well-being labels, the buildings are connected to the city of Paris's heating and cooling networks, allowing for collective energy management. Particular attention is also paid to the reuse of materials, which are either reused on the 14 Haussmann site or employed in other constructions.
