The former headquarters of the American publisher Condé Nast, which publishes Vogue, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, GQ and Glamour, is about to know an ambitious transformation.
4 Place du Palais Bourbon is a former private mansion built between 1780 and 1804. This place steeped in history is about to be renovated to the latest standards of comfort and modernity. In addition to the improvement of the existing footbridge on the courtyard, which will be replaced by a transparent glass roof that will highlight the original façade, the interior of the building will be completely redesigned to meet the expectations of future users.
Located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, near the National Assembly, 4 Place du Palais Bourbon is situated in a privileged environment at the heart of French institutions. It is in this historically and architecturally rich district that this private mansion is being renovated.
This 1,200 m² building will be completely restructured in order to modernize it according to the latest standards of high-end tertiary programs.
