53 Hoche

The agency has been mandated for the restructuring of the 53 HOCHE real estate complex, consisting of a private mansion with a magnificent Haussmannian façade. Located a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the building benefits from a privileged environment. 

The restructuring allows to combine the existing with the contemporary in order to create modern workspaces with a Parisian elegance. The architectural concept follows the key words of this project: transparency, luxury and refinement. The project relies on the use of mesh and trompe-l'oeil to create new depths. In this renovation the pre-existing materials are assumed and their materiality sublimated. 

The whole of the first floor and garden level has been rethought in order to simplify the flow, to enlarge the hall and to create new meeting rooms, accessible to the public. From the lobby, a new private garden with low and aromatic plantations and a green wall will be created: an ideal place to recharge your batteries. The last level will be marked by the creation of a glass roof and a green terrace which will be bathed in light and charm. This intervention also combines densification and qualitative improvement of the work spaces. The available surfaces will be maximized, while enhancing their organization and circulation to offer great flexibility and divisibility.

The project aims to achieve BREEAM, Wired Score, BBC and HQE certifications.
