The project consists of a major restructuring of a 7,000 m2 office building close to the Grands Magasins and the Saint-Lazare train station.
Located at 4-6 rue d'Athènes in the 9th arrondissement, the building incorporates an environmental quality approach focused on sustainable development, the quality of the building's urban integration, and user comfort while limiting pollution and nuisances.
The main lines of restructuring were obvious. First and foremost, it was necessary to unify the circulation around the same axis, inside the buildings, to make them one and generate natural paths. At the heart of the block, a "Glass box" - a breathable curtain wall extension made of screen-printed triple glazed glass with integrated blinds - connects the two wings of the "Athens" building and creates new office spaces that are better adapted to new uses. "Rue d'Athènes" now offers a modern, comfortable and accessible working environment in the heart of Paris.
