Our mission is to transform and rebuild this construct although we keep and protect the monument of this historical building.
The space consists of two hotels which were typically built in the ‘Post Haussmann’ style.
The renovation was necessary to integrate offices with applicable standards and to allow the consumer to work in an environmental, healthy way.
The concept of the architectural chef: Transparency, luxury and refinement.
A big roof connects the yard with the street and spreads luminosity. The terrace is fully planted to perfectly underline the given architectural conditions. Every material is built in a noble style to convey the impression of luxury and elegance.
