Nest - 1-3 Rue Choiseul

Carac, a mutual savings, retirement and provident fund, launched a consultation in September 2022 to rehabilitate the office building at 1-3 rue de Choiseul.

In order to enhance the value of the asset, the agency has imagined, among other things, the creation of a large, uncluttered and welcoming entrance hall, the creation of an accessible rooftop and a glass patio on the top floor.

The project was designed to make this building complex the new cocoon of the 2nd district. It is in this sense that the project has been named Nest by us, in the image of a nest. An office building located in the heart of Paris, which offers comfort and well-being in an elegant and warm environment where you feel at home. A cocoon for ideas to blossom in serenity, in friendly, close-knit work spaces. The green nest, nestled on the roof, also offers a natural space to users.
