Sunside

Located in the La Défense business district, this 9,600 m² building is undergoing a complete renovation. Axel Schoenert architectes was commissioned by Gecina to design and build the building.

The renovation involves modifying the main entrance to improve visibility, increasing the density of the office space, improving access to offices for people with reduced mobility, and creating a roof-top mezzanine. 

The works also include the partial renewal of the technical installations, which no longer meet the needs of the project. These technical modifications will improve ergonomics for users, and bring all retained installations up to current standards.
