Trémoille

The agency was commissioned by the Weiss Group to restructure the building at 22 rue Trémoille in the 8th arrondissement of Paris which will house the headquarters of an illustrious parisian luxury house.

Jewel is the writing of a new architectural history and a new place of "Parisian chic" life. We designed the building as a real jewel, integrating the codes of luxury, specific to the designer district in which it is located. Our objective was to adapt to new work uses, while sublimating the potential of the building and its historic façade.

The agency wanted to create a living, transparent base. Its office floors will adapt to all work modes and its volumes to all types of implantation. The creation of a winter garden and a restaurant area adjoining the courtyard will complete the very high-end services of this headquarters building, with noble materials.
